Regular Cycle
Our regular indoor cycling class is a challenging and fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness as we ride thru intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all set to music that motivates and inspires.

Cycle + Strength
Cycling + Strength consists of a 20-30 minute cardio boost on the stationary bike followed by a strength training workout on the floor using weights. This indoor cycling class will keep your metabolism working hard all day long!

This indoor cycling class is made up of 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of yoga for the whole body. Cycle + Yoga will leave you feeling accomplished and re-centered.
