Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a restful and calming yoga class consisting of breath work, flowing movements and supported poses. This is a perfect yoga class for those wanting to learn the fundamentals of yoga technique and alignment.
Duration: 60 minutes
Level: Beginner or those working with injuries, limited mobility or anyone wanting a softer yoga practice.
Power Yoga & Meditation
Get ready to sweat in this powerful yoga practice incorporating breath, challenging postures and vinyasa. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility and detox from our daily grind.

Integrative Yoga
Integrative Yoga involves long, slow stretches with flowing postures for a full body workout. This class combines various styles of yoga including breath work, flow sequences, long, deep stretches and occasional use of self-massage tools and props. Poses are often broken out into smaller positions so students can move in and out of postures safely.

Aerial Yoga incorporates a silk ceiling hammock. Applying the hammock takes pressure off certain areas of the body such as the head, hips and shoulders, making it easier for you to reach each pose. The focus of this yoga class is to improve flexibility, stability and balance.

Heated Flow Yoga
Our Heated Flow Yoga class uses constant movement focusing on breath, strength and flexibility in a warm room. The heat generated in this yoga class warms the body's muscles, allowing them to be stretched deeper.
